Policy Directives

Balyam Orphan Children Mission has implemented a comprehensive set of policies that apply to all members of the organization. This includes our dedicated staff, the children under our care, volunteers, visitors, and even the children of our staff. These policies extend to anyone who works at our mission premises, interacts with our children, or engages with our website and social media platforms.

One of our key policies is the Anti Fraud and Corruption Policy. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards within our organization and ensuring that all financial resources are used for their intended purposes. This policy outlines strict guidelines and procedures to prevent and detect any fraudulent activities or corrupt practices.

Another crucial policy is the Child Protection Policy. The safety and well-being of the children under our care are of utmost importance to us. This policy sets out guidelines and procedures to prevent child abuse and ensure that all children are protected from any form of harm. It also highlights the steps to be taken if any concerns or incidents occur.

We also have a Social Media Policy in place, recognizing the power and influence of online platforms. This policy provides guidelines on the appropriate use of social media channels by all members of our organization to maintain professional conduct, protect privacy, and ensure that our online presence aligns with our mission’s values.

Additionally, we have a Financial Management and Reporting Policy to ensure transparency and accountability in our financial operations. This policy outlines the procedures for financial reporting, budgeting, and expenditure approval. It also emphasizes the importance of accurate record-keeping and regular audits to ensure the responsible management of our resources.

By implementing these policies, The Good Balyam Orphan Children Mission aims to create a safe and ethical environment for all members of our organization. We are committed to upholding these policies at all times and continuously reviewing and improving them to meet the evolving needs and challenges of our mission.
